Loan Process
Submitting a loan is quite simple. You may either first PRE-QUAL the loan via
email to get an idea of what rate and term options are available, or skip this process and simply submit the
loan for approval. To submit the loan, follow these easy steps:
- Call one of our accountant representatives at (800) 710-6762 ext 105. We will very quickly determine which program best suits your needs.
- The program specific application and submission requirements will be forwarded to you for your completion
- Fax the application and documents needed to (540) 548-1117 attn: Underwriting Department
- Obtain a copy of your tri-merge credit report. If you are not sure where to get this, you may CLICK HERE and be directed to a secure site to obtain your credit.
- Fax the information to (540) 548-1117 attn: Underwriting Department

What you can expect:
- A Preliminary review of your loan within one business day.
- Interest rate and term options presented to you within one business day.
- Conditional approval sent to you within one business day.
- Appraisal and other required third party work is ordered.
- Loan conditions and stipulations are cleared.
- Loan closing is scheduled.
