We do not offer loans on raw land, residential 1 to 4 family unit properties or construction loans.

To get started we need the following items: How the process works:
We will analyze the documents you provide within 48 hours of receipt. If we are interested in making a loan to you we will issue a written conditional commitment.

If you accept the terms we offer you will sign and return the conditional commitment. We will schedule a site visit to come out and meet with you at the property. We will order an appraisal and/or property inspection report if we feel they are necessary. If everything meets our approval we will schedule closing. Generally we can close within 2 weeks from the time we issue a conditional commitment.
